Early April update: Since we're at a low level in Austin and immunity levels are pretty high from people being vaccinated &/or previously infected (that's the report), most of the City is enjoying sort of a pandemic break. I'm personally comfortable with that, and I'm still wearing a mask while seeing clients, the air filter is still running, and when the weather is nice I keep both doors of the studio open for cross-ventilation. I'm also staying advised as we go. If you prefer to have a craniosacral session in the screened porch, let me know in advance so I can set it up for you.
I practice Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy & Restorative Bodywork to support and validate your body's inherent healing power. With respect for the healing priorities within you, I don't need to speculate a treatment plan. Your body has its own plan. Biodynamics is a way of orienting to that wisdom in the body, so deep and sustained healing can finally happen.
"To heal" means to reclaim wholeness - to make whole or sound again. Why not?

"For as long as I remember, I have inhabited the rigid, frightened “dead” body of a severely traumatized woman. Through my work with Ginger, I have learned that my body is so much more than the contractions it holds in response to what happened to me. She has helped me experience it as strong and responsive and fluid and alive.
What most draws me to Ginger, and what is most relaxing and safe about her, is that we don’t have “healing sessions,” where she’s the healer with all the knowledge and well-being to bestow and I’m the person to be healed. We have genuine, heartfelt, human-to-human conversations, both the spoken ones and the silent ones. She listens to me, is genuinely curious about my experience and her own, and asks and answers questions that help me find a deeper knowing. She respects what’s hard for me, but she doesn’t turn away from it. Instead, it becomes a starting point, an opportunity for us to become curious about where there are openings for exploration and release of old holding patterns and wounds.
Ginger knows a lot about the body/mind and she is strong and gifted healthcare practitioner. But it is her ability to bring all of her knowing and experience to a session that makes this kind of deep opening possible for me. I love her, and I trust her. I think you will too." Emma
"Ginger is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to, and I have had a LOT of massage! She is extremely powerful yet gentle. I relax the moment she touches me and she has helped me through some very difficult times. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist." Barbara
"You will not find a better massage therapist in the area. I have used her services for a couple of years and have sent friends and family to her as well. A true professional with excellent training and a desire to help." Norm
